Kumho Tires Only

I was recommended to buy their tires because theirs were cheap, so I bought four set of tires last year. Unfortunately just past Sunday while I was driving on freeway at 65MPH, I felt a weird noise and immediately I had to pull over the shoulder and checked. I found that the front right wheel got a flat tired. I thought it must be some sharp object that ran over while I drove on the freeway . Next day, I brought my car to this store asking if warranty would cover since I just changed the new tires last year (2016). They said no, but they could give me discount for 10% to replace the new tire or $30 on the used one if I want. I figure the current tires are only 40% used, so I might as well replace the used one for now and will change the whole new set later in a year or two. On the next following day, I noticed the same tire got flat again. I was disappointed as to why would they sell me a used flat tire!? I brought my car back to the shop and asked for explanation. They then found out my rim was damaged, so it wouldn't matter what tire to replace. I thought in my head and asked, "Really? Then why didn't you tell me yesterday that the rim also needed to replace instead of only replacing the tire itself?" I requested for a refund of $30 which is the used tire I paid for. The Korean owner at the shop said no refund for used tire. This owner is NOT trustworthy! Moving forward, I promise myself I won't buy Kumho tires nor recommend anyone to buy tires there. Even though their tires are cheap, the quality of their tires isn't. Pay a little bit more and buy from Costco Tire Center - you will save yourself from all the hassles.
